BELOW THE SURFACE: AN INTEL DRONE + A.I. EXPEDITION

Our oceans face greater threats than ever before. However, the tools scientists use for their research haven’t changed for decades. To keep up, they need to start leveraging new innovation and emerging technology. We partnered with a team of researchers to use Artificial Intelligence and Drones to demonstrate how emerging tech can revolutionize their field of study. This unprecedented partnership between the world of research, advocacy, and technology resulted in a new method. A research that typically took months was accomplished in real-time. Our documentary and social campaign brought this story and the serious problems facing our oceans and our planet to the world’s attention.
