CONFLICT FREE UNBOXING

There's a lot that goes into making the devices we rely on every day that we don't know about. Like the fact that some of the minerals used to make our cellphones, laptops and video games come from mines in the Congo, where more than 5.4 million people have died because of a conflict over mineral resources.  To help people become aware of the true price of their devices, we hijacked the phenomenon of Unboxing by surprising the influencer with a product embedded with facts about modern slavery.

Results: Unbox Therapy’s video got over 1 million views + 55K likes in first 24 hours / Campaign outperformed influencer benchmarks by 58% (average) / Over 1 million media impressions / Increased web traffic by 100% during the 3 weeks of our campaign.
