Our technologies are changing how athletes compete and how fans watch them. At the ESPN Winter X Games, devices equipped with Intel® Curie technology were installed on the athletes’ snowboards. This let us collect usually elusive data like height, speed, g-force and rotation of tricks. These never seen before real-time stats changed the viewing experience, bringing fans closer to the event and to their favorite athletes. We partnered with ESPN to develop broadcast branding and integration, giving Intel credit for enhancing the X-Games viewing experience.
